1. Introduction
Welcome to GradVault Inc. (“GradVault”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GradVault’s website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GradVault’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
